Northern Vietnamese town under 4m of water after record downpour, 3 killed
At least three people have been killed and thousands of others evacuated after heavy rains hit Quang Ninh Province Sunday, causing record flooding.
The victims were Nguyen Thi Lan, 27, and her two daughters aged four and seven, who drowned in their house in Cam Pha town, local media reported.
