Vietnam’s northwest seeking tourism aid from Ho Chi Minh City

As an economic and tourism hub in the country, Ho Chi Minh City plays a vital role in the development of tourism in the north-western region, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has said.

The city administration needs to offer more incentives to encourage tourism enterprises and investors to co-operate with localities in the north-west region, Phuc, who is also head of the Northwest Steering Committee, told a conference held inHo Chi Minh City on 23 November to promote investment in tourism in the north-west.
