Week-long ASEAN media trip targets Myanmar’s attractions
A week-long ASEAN media familiarisation trip to Myanmar from February 12-18 will take participants to Yangon, Inle Lake and Bagan.
Organised by the Myanmar Travel Bloggers Club, some 30 media representatives from leading publications in the region – the New Straits Times of Malaysia, Spring News from Thailand, GMA TV from the Philippines, the Phnom Penh Post from Cambodia – as well as ranking travel bloggers from Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines will visit here, according to Ma May Zune Win, chairman of the club.
