The Annual Report Part 1 is a report from the Mekong River Commission Secretariat on the key MRC
achievements at the level of outcomes for the year 2017 in the implementation of the overall MRC
Strategic Plan 2016-2020 and Annual Work Plan 2017 as well as a brief financial report summary. Part
2 presents detailed progress reporting on the Annual Work Plan 2017 in terms of outputs and activities
under each outcome, as well as detailed financial reporting.
