Cambodia to adopt extreme measures to contain community spread of COVID-19 by revealing identity of infected persons, cases rise to 345

As Cambodia’s Community outbreak , dubbed the November 28 Incident increased to 29 as of 9pm this evening, with a huge number of tests results still being awaited, The Ministry of Health will begin disclosing the identity of the persons tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in order to track down as soon as possible those coming in contact with them.

Currently, Cambodia’s total COVID-19 positive cases tally stands at 345.

The move was made at the consent of Prime Minister Hun Sen, according to a press release of the Ministry of Health released this evening.
