No progress on new Vientiane-Champassak highway
One year has passed but the new Vientiane-Champassak highway survey and design has not progressed following a Chinese company signing an agreement with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. “We are now writing a letter to the company informing them that if they cannot perform the survey and design then the ministry will announce the cancellation of the project,” an official from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport revealed.
